Design Process

How it works
Step One
Phone Call

All projects begin with a phone call to discuss ideas, timelines and possibilities.

Step Two
On-Site Consultation

During this phase we will meet the client at their home to assess existing conditions, take measurements and discuss possibilities for their outdoor space. We will be sure to bring material samples as well as a wealth of knowledge and creativity to help inform the clients decisions.

Step Three
Modeling Process

Once we understand the space and the desired scope of work, we can use 3D modeling software to create a vision of what the end product will look like. Having a rendering to review will help finalize the project.

Step Four
Blueprint Creation

Using the model we create a blueprint it will serve as the basis for the documents required for permitting.

Build Process

How it works
Step One
Demolition

If necessary, existing structures will be cleared to make room for the new project. This will require a dumpster to be dropped at the site that will remain until the project is complete.

Step Two
Foundation

To ensure compliance with building code , new projects will be supported by concrete piers , which must be dug to an engineered specific depth and diameter depending on the size of the project. Once inspected the crew will fill all holes in with concrete, thus creating the foundation for your project.

Step Three
Framing

Rough framing is the next phase of the project. The rough framing serves as the backbone of the project. This is when things really start to take shape.

Step Four
Finishing

The final phase of the build in the finishing phase. During this phase, all of the aesthetic components will be installed. For example, this is when deck boards and handrail will be installed on a custom deck.

Step Five
Final Walk-through

Once the project is complete, the space has been cleaned up and everything has been returned to its rightful place, the final walk through can take place. This is when we will discuss warranties, maintenance and any additional questions the client might have.
